Mars Rover Spirit

 

This is a 360 degree panoramic virtual tour of Mars. This image called “McMurdo Panorama” is taken by the Mars Explorer Rover Spirit’s Pancam on October 5, 2006.

The Spirit Rover completed its 3-month main mission on April 2004 and continued operating for more extra missions until March 2010 when it stopped communicating.
